We are super excited to finally announce that the new voice of Dangermouse is going to be the very suave and sophisticated Alexander Armstrong of Armstrong and Miller and Pointless fame!
In addition to Alexander or Xander to friends (I’m working on it people!) we have the very brilliant Kevin Eldon taking the mantle from Terry Scott as Penfold and Come Dine with Me’s voice over supremo Dave Lamb as the Narrator.
As a sign of the times Heinrich Von Squawkencluck, DMs answer to James Bonds “Q” will be succeeded by his niece voiced by Shauna MacDonald.
Morwenna Banks in true comedy chameleon style will be taking on a number of roles in the show and watch this space for more exciting voice cast news!
We already know it’s going to look amazing but now we’re extra excited to have all these brilliant people on board to make it sound amazing too.
The Dangermouse reboot will be hitting your screens next year, already counting the days…..
It’s almost Fingal Film Festival time again and this year you get lots of Boulder action with a screening of our very beautiful (if I do say so meself!) short film “Fresh Cut Grass” at the Animation Workshop led by Boulder Boss Rob Cullen.
Below is a full list of events and tickets can be purchased by following the link here:
The festival takes place from Friday the 26th to Sunday the 28th September and for more info on the festival check out their page here:
Boulder Media are looking for a Production Assistant to join the team!
The role involves creating individual animation files in flash (FLA prep) and checking the durations and specifications of the files before animation can begin.
In addition to this the role requires prepping models, checking design materials and updating spread sheets
This role would suit an organised and thorough individual and although a good working knowledge of Flash is not necessary it would be an advantage. Also a good understanding of the animation pipeline would be preferable.
This exciting opportunity would suit a junior animator or someone looking to break into the animation industry and the successful candidate will benefit from working within a busy production office and gain experience across all aspects of animation production.
