Randy Cunningham is back Ninja fans!!
All new episodes every night this week, starting Monday September 29th on Disney XD.
Ever wanted to animate a Ninja kicking the ass of a bunch of werewolves or maybe battling an army of mutant cheerleaders??
If so now’s your chance!
BOULDER MEDIA are looking for talented 2D animators to work on season 2 of Randy Cunningham – 9th Grade Ninja (Disney XD).
All applicants must be classically trained and while a good working knowledge of Flash is an advantage it is not a requirement.

Hawkins Street had a little bit of the Hollywood treatment when Ben Schwartz and Andrew Caldwell, stars of our new show Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja popped by to say hello.
The guys were in town doing a whirlwind of press but took some time out to come visit the studio and meet the people that are bringing their characters to life.

Yep the European premiere of Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja happens in just over an hour from now and here at Boulder we couldnt be more excited.
The two episode taster goes out at 6pm tonight on Disney XD with the series starting proper next month on November 8th so make sure you tune in!
For the impatient among you there will be a sneak peek on Disney XD at 6pm on October the 4th with the shows European premiere set for the 8th November at 5.30pm!

A full episode preview of Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja follows the premiere of Disney’s Magic of Healthy Living “TRYathlon” special (9:00 p.m., ET/PT). In the episode “Last Stall On The Left,” Freshman Randy Cunningham discovers the NinjaNomicon, which reveals that he has been chosen to be Norrisville’s newest Ninja. Armed with his power-packed ninja suit, he faces his first battle with McFist’s monster Krakenstein, while juggling his new secret identity and being there for his best friend Howard.

DISNEY XD STARTS PRODUCTION IN IRELAND ON NEW ORIGINAL ANIMATED SERIES RANDYCUNNINGHAM: NINTH GRADE NINJA
London, March 6, 2012 – Disney EMEA today announced that it has started production in Ireland, on a new action-packed animated comedy, Randy Cunningham: Ninth Grade Ninja. Set to premiere on Disney XD from autumn 2012 and air in more than 129 countries worldwide, the series follows the fast-paced adventures of unlikely hero Randy Cunningham who, armed with his magic demon fibre suit, the teachings of the Ninja Nomicon (an 800 year old Ninja-ing guide for dummies) and his best buddy, finds himself as the one thing protecting his school and the world from certain destruction!
Disney’s London based production hub has commissioned BAFTA award-winning animation company Boulder Media in Ireland and Titmouse Inc in Los Angeles, USA to produce the animated 52 x 11 minute series for Disney XD. Dublin-based Boulder Media is handling the series from animation through to post-production and has already hired 50 additional artists and animators to work on the project for its two year duration. Emmy Award winning studio Titmouse Inc based in LA, USA is leading the pre-production creative for the series.
Each eleven minute episode follows Randy Cunningham and his best buddy Howard as they navigate everyday teenage life at High School while taking on monsters and madmen bent on freeing an evil 800 year old Sorcerer imprisoned beneath Norrisville High by the original ninja and guarded ever since by Randy’s predecessors.

Created in May 2007, Disney’s London based production hub drives the investment in and development of animation and live action content outside North America, for both European and global distribution. It has already achieved great success with series such as Jungle Junction (Disney Junior) and Rated A for Awesome (Disney XD) and has recently announced new animated productions for Disney Junior – Winnie The Pooh’s Tales of Friendship and The Happy Hugglemonsters.
